Aims of the toolkit

INtroduce the aims of the toolkit, whom it's dedicated to (teachers, also students).
"We need objective data about physical fitness as an essential part of promoting adequate physical literacy in the population. Having a solid graps of one's own physical literacy in the population. Having a solid grasp of one's own physical literacy will ensure that children and adolescents can choose to engage in, and maintain, purposeful physical activities throughout their lifetime, including all the health benefits associated with a healthy, active lifestyle."

Physical fitness

If you are powerful, you will improve your activities of daily life. Training your muscles regularly helps maintain muscle and bone density. With age, both strength and power decrease, but regular muscle power training can offset these changes.

Physical literacy

Muscle strength is the ability to exert force or resist an external resistance. If you do regular strength training, you will improve ability to complete your activities of daily life, have better development in motor skills, increase your sport performance, and prevent injuries.

The power of feedback

Cardiorespiratory fitness is the body’s ability to deliver oxygen from the atmosphere to the skeletal muscles and to use it to generate energy for muscles during exercise. This ability helps you in a variety of ways, for example to be physically active throughout the day without getting excessively fatigued, to take part and to enjoy physical activities with your friends, and to follow your aspirations in sports.
