How can physical fitness impact my health and daily living activities

In this video, both students and physical education teachers can delve into the different components that comprise the physical fitness construct. Furthermore, they will deepen their understanding of how those with good fitness can benefit from an efficient collaboration of the different body systems for a healthier lifestyle and how monitoring these attributes is crucial for well-rounded physical fitness and improved well-being.

It is important to remember that fitness is an individual quality that varies from person to person. It is influenced by age, sex, heredity, personal habits, exercise and eating practices.
