How to Make the Interactive Report Using FitBack Webpage and Resources

Topic is associated with the making of the FitBack interactive report , how to create it and what is included as the feedback. The report comes with the pdf file, where you can also find an additional information of the test and its results.

FitBack interactive report gives feedback on the selected physical fitness tests to adolescent, physical education teacher, parent or a sport coach. The tests are part of the Alpha Fitness test battery.  Individual physical fitness test values are compared to European levels. In addition to physical fitness feedback, the Interactive Report gives feedback how the test result is associated with the health risks.

Paper entry form (score recording sheet)

The teacher and students will probably not be able to enter all the test scores during testing directly into the e-form. Therefore, it is recommended to first download the PDF entry form and print it. When printing, select A4 paper size, double-sided printing in portrait mode, flipping the paper on the shorter edge. Fold the printed sheet in half (see the dashed line) – this way, the entered personal data will be hidden from prying eyes, even if the student sets the sheet aside during testing.
