The Power of Feedback on Fitness Testing

The fitness testing should not simply be another school assessment, which students should be afraid of, or have any bad feeling about it. One of important factors here is feedback on fitness testing.

Effective fitness feedback addresses questions across three dimensions. First dimension is “feed up” which is about understanding the test score. Second dimension is the “feed back” which is associated with setting goals. The last dimension is “feed forward”, associated with the action.
