Providing Appropriate Fitness Testing Environment

When preparing for fitness testing, it is crucial to not only ready ourselves as teachers but also to prepare the students. It is vital for both to understand that fitness measurement is not intended for grading or competing. Its primary purpose is to comprehend one's own body, identify physical strengths and weaknesses, enabling individuals to care for their own fitness and thus enable enjoyment and safety in physical activities.
